At Artful Fairy Designs, each item is created with care and intention. Because many of our pieces are handmade in small batches or designed around meaningful themes, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit.
