Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping charges are calculated by the actual weight of your item(s). We take pride in ensuring your order is packaged with care. We also offer free shipping on orders over $75.

While we do our best to get your order out in a timely fashion, the delivery of your package is out of our control and solely the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc).
We are happy to help locate items which have been lost or misdirected.

Local Pickup
Orders from surrounding areas can be picked up at our Webster, NY studio upon confirmation of completion by email.
If requested, orders may be picked up at SoJo Boutique in Webster, subject to business open hours.
All pickups must be confirmed before heading over.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from us.
Non-personalized items: Any non-seasonal item may be exchanged with an item of equal or less value within 14 days of purchase. Any refunds offered will be less original shipping charges. Customer is responsible for any return shipping on items to be exchanged unless specified otherwise.
Personalized items:
Any item which has been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged including one which the personalization was spelled incorrectly by the buyer and printed by us as shown. If the error was due to our negligence, we will replace it at no charge.
